Does Moran’s get a portion of the money raised due to this promotion?
No, all donations for a “chance” will be awarded to the charity stated to advance their mission. Moran’s will retain the profit from the retail sale of each bottle.

Do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, you will receive a digital copy of your purchase receipt in your email address.

I lost the email with the instructions on the drawing/receipt for my donation? Where do I go to find this info?

Do I have to live in Lincoln to participate or are there any geographical restrictions?
No, you do not have to live in Lincoln to participate, however you must be available by phone to complete your transaction on the day of the drawing.  As well, you must retrieve your bottle in person or have a designated representative 21 years or older retrieve it in person for you.  Moran’s Liquor is not able to ship your purchase.

How are winners selected (describe the drawing process)?
Winners for each bottle will be selected by drawing their name from a basket of all entries.  This will be conducted live online and all participants will be provided with a link to the live drawing.  

How do I know this is a legit sweepstakes and not a scam?
Moran’s Liquor Works strives to be involved and give back to the community.  We often team with local charities to raise funds for their mission.  If you have concerns you can contact the charity listed directly.

How are you verifying that participants are 21 years of age?
All purchases require proof of identification at the time alcohol is exchanged.
