Would you like to include wine, or beer?

This one is easy... What does your significant other prefer more?
— Beer will default to Staff-Pick Craft Beer Mix-N-Match, if you would like to specify types, please do so in the special instructions at checkout (example: All stout, No IPA, All Nebraska Beer, All Domestic etc)
— Wine will default to Sean Minor Pinot Noir, but let us know in the special instructions at checkout if you want to substitute S.M. Cabernet Sauvignon, S.M. Chardonnay, or S.M. Sauvignon Blanc.
