The Taproom Team Lead is responsible for assisting owners/managers with the sales and operations of the store, ensuring sales, profitability and customer experience goals are met. This position will also assist with product selection, promotion, event marketing and product education.

The Taproom Team Lead position is a Full Time position and candidates must be able to meet the following conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading daily operations especially over the taproom
- Assist with ordering product and maintaining accurate inventory levels particularly in the taproom
- Ensuring all in-stock products/conditions meet company standards
- Managing and participating in tagging, facing, rotating, cleaning, markdowns, stocking, and back stock
- Opening and closing of store and related duties
- Communicating issues with the owners/managers and ensuring proper resolution
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining an inviting, clean and easy to shop environment with a focus on the taproom
- Assisting customers with questions or suggestions by using knowledge of the store products
- Identifying and ensuring customer favorites are in stock
- Educating the store team and customers
- Work closely with owner/managers planning special events and a marketing to increase sales
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to repeatedly lift 50lbs
- Stand and work on your feet for long hours
- Knowledgeable about beer, wine and spirits product varieties, quality and complements
- Must be self motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
The Taproom Team Lead position is a Full Time position and candidates must be able to meet the following conditions.
- Available to work Wednesday through Sunday between the hours of 12pm and 10pm
- Available for weekend shifts as early as 8am to allow for the occasional evening off
- Available to work Holidays as needed
- Able to work within a Vacation and Attendance Policy
Qualified candidates will earn.
- Annual wages of $40,000+ based on experience
- A Quarterly Bonus Program of 10% of gross base wages when a 3% sales growth goal is met
