What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum for in store pickup.
For delivery, the minimum ranges from $5.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a city-wide flat rate delivery fee of $5.99
Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
A gratuity is suggested at checkout but all customers are able to customize the amount, all of which goes directly to the employees.
Is curbside pick up available?
Curbside pickup is available, just order online or through out app and select pickup. There is no minimum order for pickup. You can swing into the store to receive your order, or you can call us and an employee will bring your order out to you. Just be sure to have your ID ready ;-)
What is the refund policy for Alcohol Delivery?
All deliveries, once accepted, are final.
May I order a delivery order, but have it delivered to another person or another address?
Yes, but in order to receive the delivery, they must be 21+ and have a current photo ID.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, just call us! 402-475-8814
Can I request the driver to leave the package on the doorstep?
No, all deliveries must be made in person as well, the driver must verify age with a valid photo ID. (Although this can be done through a door/window as long as we can visual confirm your ID)
Can I schedule a time for the delivery?
Yes, all deliveries are made between 8am and 10pm Monday through Saturday and 9am to 9pm Sundays and you can schedule in one-hour blocks.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
Yes, if they're 21+ and have a photo ID

We deliver citywide for Lincoln NE.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We strive for deliveries within 1 hour.
What happens if you are out of what I purchased?
We will contact you for a replacement or cancel an item.
I don't see my favorite product what gives?
We are actively working to increase our online selection and are adding NEW products everyday.
How do I receive my receipt?
Your order history can be found in the app under "orders".
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards through the app and online.
Can I phone in an order?
No unfortunately all orders must be placed online so that our 3rd party courier can make the delivery.
